The well respected research firm, Forrester Research, unveiled the results from its sixth annual customer advocacy rankings. The survey of 5,000 consumer households ranked credit unions 2nd on a list of 40 financial service providers for providing outstanding customer advocacy.
According to Forrester, customer advocacy is “the perception on the part of customers that financial service firms do what’s best for them, not just the firm’s own bottom line.” Here is the link to more information about the survey by Forrester Research.
